Shyam is the Co-Founder and COO of DeHaat, which is recognized as \u202fone of the Top50 Global AgTech Brands by Thrive in 2023. Started in 2012, DeHaat focused on creating an impact on millions of smallholder farmers in India by providing 360-degree agri value chain solutions throughout the crop lifecycle. \u202fSince its inception, DeHaat has created a strong network of 300+ agri input suppliers and 1200+ agri output buyers to serve more than two million farmers across\u202fIndia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a Co-Founder, Shyam is instrumental in development and implementation of company strategies so as to operate on the “Farmers’ First” principle that enables it to work towards improving agriculture practices and income from produce for farmers at the same time. Shyam\u202fspearheads strategic planning and operational excellence teams towards building a full stack agri platform for Indian farmers\u202fusing data- and network-led new initiatives. He is instrumental in ensuring robust systems and processes are in place so as to build a strong foundation for the organization.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shyam has done his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur.
