Ravindra Pai is an Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore alumnus (PGP 2002) and holds 22+ years of experience in the real-estate industry. He continues the legacy of Century Real Estate established by Dr. P. Dayananda Pai & Shri P. Satish Pai, the founders of the esteemed organization.

He joined the company as the Director in 2003 and today as the MD, oversees the Board of Directors & handles the strategic direction, financial & marketing strategy and organizational development.

Ravi’s professional journey traverses diverse domains encompassing sales, software & business process transformation, with esteemed organizations like Tata Infotech, GE Capital, and Oracle. Given his academic background, he immensely values the power of research and has collaborated with IIM Bangalore for a first-of-its-kind research initiative on the Indian Real Estate sector called IIMB-CRERI.

A visionary leader, he spearheaded many initiatives in the early 2000s that made affordable housing a reality, facilitating homeownership for over 25,000 families. Under his leadership, Century has grown from a boutique player & land bank owner

to a full-fledged leading professional development company, with over 500 associates coming from the best institutes and professional backgrounds. A notable speaker at various industry events, Ravi was awarded the Young Achievers Award by the Bangalore Management Association for his contribution to the real estate industry.

Ravi is deeply committed to the education sector as well. He is the Joint Managing Trustee for Vidyashilp Education Group (VSEG), and a partner at TriVeda Capital. In August 2023, he was appointed as a member of the Syndicate of Bangalore University, under the Karnataka State Universities Act by the Hon’ble Governor and Chancellor.
